I need to loose about 1.5 stones. I have dabbled with the 5:2 about a year ago and I didn't loose weight until I calorie counted on my off days. I did then loose a bit of weight but unfortunately I didn't stick with it because I had a lot of stress going on and diet days became too much effort.
So I was thinking about starting the 5:2 again but was also thinking of trying the low carb.
Can anyone experienced with these share their thoughts?
