DP said a rather nasty comment to me earlier. Us mucking about, I made a joke About being stronger than him because I moved his arm. He said

' fatter isn't the same as stronger'

SadAngry

But he's not actualy wrong. 10 months since dd was born and im stuck in this pattern of junk food, take aways and not getting as much exercise as I should do. So anyone want to join me for some support or even someone to kick my arse into gear?

Right now I want to tell dp to piss off, cry and eat cake.

Oh Ark what a horrible thing for your DP to say you. Particularly given you've not long had a little one.

Anyway I don't even have the excuse of a baby and I have a good few stones to lose! I'm doing it via weightwatchers, first weeks weigh in tomorrow. What's your plan of attack?

Arkkorox · 13/10/2015 08:20

I don't really have one at the mo. I'm knackered from dd not sleeping. Sugar is how I get through the day!! I also apparently have zero willpower!

My husband said I was fat, I was very upset . Iwasn't really fat, just a stone and half heavier from having two babies. (9.5 stone and 5.6")
It did kick start me into loosing half a stone.
I'm aiming to loose another stone to get back to my pre baby weight. I am getting older though and it's harder, my body wants to hold the weight. Don't get sad get even.
Are you excercising?
