Hi,
Trying to lose a few pounds before Christmas. Although I'm not looking for a 100% soup diet, more thinking along the lines of large bowl of soup and something small and sensible at lunch and dinner times.
I work full time and normally get home between 6.30&7pm so do not want to spend too much time preparing meals. I just got a soup maker, I know it is lazy but I don't want to cook fresh soup on a hob every evening.
Anyone lost weight with soups to share some tips/recipes please?
