i want to do this in September. not as a faddy diet but im feeling sluggish, overweight, lethargic, uncomfortable etc. has anyone does this or similar?

She's a tory/UKIP/daily mail type. I know this should have nothing to do with her knowledge of beauty or "detox", but I wouldn't trust her.

I do it every January. It's hard work but I do feel,better after and lose a few pounds too. I don't stick to the meal plans exactly. But don't have any of the disallowed products. The worse bit is the horrendous headaches for the first few days while you get used to no caffeine. You do have loads more energy and your skin hair and nails look lovely but not until you are about 2 weeks in. Mine is a very old copy of the book. It wasn't written by her she was just endorsing it

Or just eat healthily and not call it a "detox" as there is no such thing Hmm
