Keeping it off - Success stories

I'm fasting today Grin but keen to hear these generally

I'm wondering if anyone would like to share any stories of losing weight and keeping it off to keep me inspired. I'm really okay with the fact that it's going to take work but I guess I have trouble believing I can really do it!

So motivational stories would be very nice! Thanks.

I've kept most of the weight off for 14 years and the little bit I gained has now stayed off for 2 1/2 years

Spent most of my childhood overweight - 13 stone at 13, lost a bit, gained a bit most of my 20s. I enjoy food and am also greedy - I'd offer to take plates to the kitchen so I could eat the leftovers, for example. Home-cooked food as I grew up but no idea about healthy food or nutrition. Typical 80s meals.

Got to 27, joined WW. It just helped me see that there is another way to eat. Started at 11 stone 11, now hover just under 10 stone, usually.

The only trouble is, I'd love to lost half a stone more, but I've already done the radical change of my WOE, so now it's just hard work!
