Self Saboteur - Holiday fast approaching!

I would like to lose my post (and a bit more) baby weight. DS is 1 in 2 weeks and I just seem to sabbotage myself constantly. I know that should I not lose most if not all of the weight I'd like to lose (approx 1 stone) I will feel rotten on holiday and self conscious.

I have done WW before successfully losing the weight I wanted to lose. I would then get far too complacent and put it back on. In all I've been to WWs three times, getting to goal once and very close twice....

I find it really hard since having DS to resist sweet treats like chocolate. I didnt really like chocolate before but since having him, I';m certain my tastebuds have gone evil changed.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do? I am tempted to binge and think "Oh its only one chocolate bar/biscuit/crisps etc" and soon I've had one a day and beat myself up for giving in.

My holiday is early Sept, abroad, just me and DH and I'd love to feel great!
