please please, whilst i was PG i used it as an excuse to eat what ever i liked in massive quantities, now im regretting it.
I was 9 stone pre PG and I want to get back there, Im now 13 stone, please help... i really have never dieted before, i dont understand food groups and i feel so drained from lack of sleep that excercise looks as appealing as a bowl of cold sick. o shitty help me please
