need to loose 4 stone, never done this before, HELP

please please, whilst i was PG i used it as an excuse to eat what ever i liked in massive quantities, now im regretting it.

I was 9 stone pre PG and I want to get back there, Im now 13 stone, please help... i really have never dieted before, i dont understand food groups and i feel so drained from lack of sleep that excercise looks as appealing as a bowl of cold sick. o shitty help me please

Try Slimming World - it's really easy ! I did it a few yaers ago - from what I can recall you can do red days or green days - on green days ytou can have ullimited verg, potatoes pasta and rice - yes unlimited ! But no meat !! On red days you can pig yourself on meat - but must limit carbs to tiny amount !!

Green days fab as you can have loads of pasta and to matoe sauce, huge jack pots etc - I loved green days - and it really really works !!

How long are you giving yourself ??

I lost 3 stone last year with Lighter Life - wouldn't really recommend it though - bloody expenmsive, highly weird and once you go back to eating normally the weright comes back (in my expetrinbece !)

Frustration is an extra stress you do not need. So relax first of all because there are small changes you can make to look after yourself. I was also ca9stone before having a baby (now 4). I was also on steroids and went to 12 stone 1. I joined ww and gym and in 4 months have gone to 9 13. Change to low fat and skimmed milk products immediately. I couldn't stand this at first but now wouldn't notice the difference. Bulk up big time on salads and veg. Eat more fish and poultry and grill more. If you can just do 30 mins a day on treadmill or swimming or anything on a regular basis this will reward you almost immediately. You need some time for yourself. Have you some support you can call on? Sorry, I'm going on a bit but am newly converted so still enthusiastic. Am not at target weight yet. I know sleep deprivation makes everything seem uphill.
