Hi to all you struggling "big" mums
Before I fell pregnant I was a size 6/8 and 7.5 stones. Just before giving birth I was struggling to fit in maternity knickers for size 16/18. I dread to think how much I weighed and was so depressed that I never plucked up the courage enough to check.
I'm now back to a size 10!!!!
How did I do it???? By eating!!!!!
I used to starve most of the day-just busy looking after dd, skipping meals etc and then snacking on high sugar/high fat stuff to get me through the day.
Now I eat best of both (wholemeal and white) bread, NEVER skip meals and the weight has just fallen off me. Bought a skirt 4 weeks ago and it's too big for me now!!!
