Hi all,
Just tried some dresses on and noticed my tummy is huge! I knew I was carrying some weight but didn't realise just how much of it was on my tummy.
So as from today, I'm cutting back, big time.
But can anyone emphatically bust what I know to be a myth but still can't get out of my mind.
I can do sit ups etc and STILL lose weight can't I? I'm not going to turn the fat on my tummy into muscle and stay the same size am I?
Also any tips specifically to bust tummy fat would be appreciated.
