I've got a banging headache, feeling horribly sick and dizzy, bad taste in mouth. So tired!
I have a lot to lose, I'm sick of being fat. I do a lot during the day but this morning I have no energy at all.
I'm horribly bad tempered.
Yesterday I ate,
Fruit, Greek yogurt and granola
Jacket potato with mackerels in Tom sauce
Jacky potato with very small chicken in curry yogurt. A salad
Snacks were Apple, a few nuts and raisins (size of 50p) a raw carrot.
Lots of water!
I was ok till 9 last night when I was starving
but ignored it.
This morning I've had a sachet of porridge made with almond milk, a few raisins for sweetness. A cup of coffee and again lots of water.
Lunch is roast chicken and salad wrap.
Tea will be roast chicken and veg (no carbs)
I feel dreadful, I'm constantly going to the loo to wee which I class as good news.
