I can't get rid of the baby/biscuit weight!
DD is 9 months old and still BF. I've not lost any of the baby weight due to my excessive biscuit consumption! She's a velcro baby so I just go for whats easy to grab 1 handed. I also have little self control when home most of the day and snack because I can. I have managed to cut down a lot.
I did start running with the pushchair, but a knee injury has stopped that for a while.
I lost a lot of weight before with WeightWatchers, but just can't justify the cost right now. I've tried MyFitnessPal, but even when I stick to the calories it gives me I don't seem to lose anything!
Any suggestions? I did think 5:2, but that's not recommended while BF is it?

What are you eating right now (Normal kind of daily food intake)?

Cereal for breakfast (Cheerios, shreddies or wheatabix) can't stand porridge but wish I could.
Toast or sandwich for lunch
Dinner varies. Last night was salmon with stir fried veg and rice. Tonight was wholwheat pasta with homemade sauce.

Snacks of biscuits! Snack are my downfall I fear. Drinks are sugar free squash. Hate water - too bland.
