It's starting out on healthier eating and less junky snacks so just looking for opinions on today so far.
Bfast- 1/2 toasted muffin with cup of tea.
11am - cup of coffee
12- salad made up of half a can of tuna and half a can of sweetcorn, chopped cherry toms and x2 handfuls of spinach leaves with cup of coffee and muller 99 cal yoghurt.
2pm - 1/2 tub of sainsburys be good to your self cous cous.
How is this sounding, amount, missing certain foods or too much or one thing? Any tips please :)
