Hi has anyone tried this? I bought it, it's delicious but I can't find any info on the ingredients.
Presuming its low/no sugar?

Hi
This may be helpful:

Lidl Low GI Multiseed Bread Nutritional Information

I prefer the taste to Lidl's High Protein Rolls (a whopping 26gr protein per 100gr, which is fantastic for vegetarians and, apparently, staving off insulin spikes after eating carbs). I found this page really informative: www.gestationaldiabetes.co.uk/best-breads/

Cheers
