Help, I seem to be able to follow a healthy eating plan for two weeks of the month, then the week before my period is I get insatiable cravings for anything greasy or sweet, this continues into the first two days of my period and then it subsides. I don't know what to do to break the cycle. My friend(a skinny minny) suggested eating grapes. Has anyone got any ideas? I can only break this cycle if I am extremely depressed due to relationship troubles and have no appetite and barely eat for weeks.

Hi there im just the same around that time of the month so i understand what you are going thu.Ive been on a diet for 4 months which im under my gp for the best way is to eat fruit has your friend has said and i found if you buy some rasins and just keep them for when you get the feeling for sweet stuff another way is to go and speak with your gp and explain what you are going thu.Im on tablets for my weight due to not been able to loose the weight on my own since having my children by sections ive found out its still hard because im not aload to eat fatty foods on the tablets i would suggest seeing your gp they are there to help you i hope this helps you and hope life starts treating you better good luck xxxxxxxx
