Hi all, I used to be 18stone 7, got down to 12 then back up to 14.12 then down to 10.11. I'm now back up to 12.8. I just can't seem to maintain because I've always been a binge eater and fall back into my old ways. I started Cambridge on Wednesday in the hope I can get it off and keep it off. I'm on ss+ so can have my milk allowance for my coffee but day 5 I'm still starving and wondering does it get easier? Not sure how much longer I can cope with this hunger and horrible taste in my mouth Angry

Hi Lilly

I am starting this Wednesday.

We can support each other here?

I'm never ever doing this diet again.

Last time, even if feels like torture.

I'm 25st 12lb.

This was my last resort. Tried all diets but always fall back to my old way and feeling very low atm. I would love support Smile Only joined this site today in the hope I could chat with members who are doing it or have done it in the past

There is a very busy VLCD support thread too. I have started a Cambridge diet specific thread in here too. Join me there if you fancy it.
