I'd like to tone up a bit, become a bit fitter, lose a couple of pounds. I can do the food, that's the easy bit. However, I want to incorporate exercise and the only time I can do it is early morning, as in 5 am. I would like something that isn't too jumpy aroundy. I've looked at yoga dvds but ive no idea where to start. I could do with it being around 30-45 mins. Thanks x

Thanks! I've just bout Davina ' s new 7 minute one because it has 10 sections and promises less jumping. So far, it has been great! Really motivated by it and end up doing at least 4 sections per day. Will check out Tracey Anderson too. Once I'm in a routine I'm going to want to mix it up.

If you like Davina's style I'd recommend getting some of her other ones - high energy 5 is one of her oldest but my favourite, there's not much jumping in any of those workouts (except aerobics but I suppose that's to be expected)

30 day shred is also excellent, brutal but has quite alot of jumping lunges etc.
