Okay, Firstly I'm aware I'm being over dramatic so I'm going to blame hormones as it's that time.
I've been doing mfp and really getting along with it. I'm having 1200 calories a day and apart from 1 day when I had wine I've only gone over once in 3 weeks.
Over all I've lost 8 lbs but most was in the first week. Last week I lost 2 lbs and this week (when I've been really good) I only lost 1 lb. I know it's still a loss but I just feel like what's the point. I've dramatically changed my eating habits yet enjoying food still but I was expecting 2 lbs so now feel rubbish and down.

Periods mess with weightloss. Water retention etc

I'd recomend taking body measurements and doing some exercise as well as mfp

You're being over dramatic, yes! I lost 2lb a month on 1200 cals, so 1lb a week would have been brilliant for me.

This is a long term lifestyle change, not a short term fix, so looks upon it that way. Not a diet, but changing your eating habits for life.

You're losing weight, you're sticking to a new healthier eating plan, what's to feel down about?

Patience has never been my strong point Sad

Thank you. Trying really hard no to just go and binge on scones and clotted cream!
