Losing weight but getting bloated????

I'm 13 years old, am 5 foot 1 and weigh 6 stone 9 pounds. I used to be 7 stone 5 pounds but I started walking to and from school and lost about a pound a week. I have never been fat but was a tiny bit chubby when I was little. I'm now quite slim and quite muscled as well. The problem is my bloat.

When i wake up in the morning, my stomach is completely flat, but after my meals and before bed, it looks very distended. I'm very healthy and have a lot of exercise, but I think I'm slightly constipated but I'm not sure. It really is a problem as it doesn't happen to anyone else and because I'm slim it's very noticeable. I get upset and self conscious when it happens because its really not good looking on me. Can anyone help me?

Talk to your mum/dad about it and See a GP for advice if you are worried. Don't start cutting things out of your diet unless advised by a health professional. You are still very young and you need to ensure you get the right nourishment to help your development.

Try eating carbs and protein at separate meals (no burgers or cheese sandwiches!) You can have protein with lots of veggies etc. and carbs with veggies just not together!

That way you digest your food properly and get the nourishment from it. Because bread and meat maybe traditional but it isn't easy to digest.
