Having recently had my second, and final, child, I am ready to tackle my weight. Slimming World seems to have worked wonders for everyone I know who has stuck to it, so I will be going to join up on the first Saturday in Jan.
In am ideal world I would like to shift 2lbs a week for at least the first six months of the year, then maybe a few more months of 1lb a week (assuming weight loss will reduce as I slim).
I thought maybe there would be some other MNers joining at the start of the year, and we could support and encourage one another and maybe share recipes etc.
