I have had
2 slices of low fat bacon
I tiny brown roll (less than 100 cals)
Scraping of ketchup
I apple
Pork stir fry and portion of rice
4 low fat crackers with scraping of low fat cheese (I mean a scraping)
Grapefruit
Low fat m & s yoghurt
Thankfully I have no biscuits or sweets etc etc in the house as I would devour them.
I going to have 1 slice wholemeal toast with drizzle of honey and tea before I go to bed otherwise I'll be awake hungry ,
