Is it just your bottom? squats are great.. is it exercises to do at home?

back extensions aare great for the love handle kind of area just bove your bum too..

yes just my bum,my top half shrunk to size 6 but bottom half didnt lose any weight!got to be at home as only things in area are evening,dh works and cant afford baby sitter.squats is good idea though.

Davina MaCall's 30 minute work out dvd is great it had 3 half an hour workouts on it, all our good for your bottom.

Do 4x12 squats holding for 2-3 seconds on each one.. on the last one of each set do 6 bounces. each time you come up remember to really clench your bum cheeks..

do them properly so holding in your stomach muscles and your pelvic floor up, back straight - looking straight ahead.. lean against a wall if you have too..

Also on all fours push one leg up in the air keeping the bum tight and knee at a right angle.. 4 sets of 12 on each leg.. remember to keep your tummy tucked in again...
