I'm trying to eat better and exercise more.
I only have 4lbs to lose but it's the tone I want
A normal day would be
Bran flakes with fruit
Mid morning banana
Ham salad / home made soup for lunch
Some nuts to snack on
Dinner could be pasta, fish, chicken etc
But I'm soooo hungry, last night I ate dinner and then binged on crisps, toast and chocolate.
What am I doing wrong?
