Right, to start with I know slim fast isn't the best for health or maintaining any sort of loss.
The issue is my sister gets married on the 25th, I've managed to tone a bit with running & my dress fits better. However, it's still too tight on the muffin top area and with 22 days to go I've injured myself.
General consensus is to not run until it's better but I really struggle to motivate myself and not pick (sahm)
Is slim fast a viable option to take until my leg is better/the wedding and then go back to cutting junk and running as soon as I can?
