Has anyone tried this recently? I had a search for past discussions on mn and found almost no posts.
I'm many stones overweight, fat is mostly on my big fat belly. I read that it will only spot reduce so not expecting miracles, but too shy to go and have an assessment in case I'm laughed to scorn for even thinking it would work on me
