Right over the summer hols I've put on half a stone. I used to walk 3 miles a day 2-3 times a week doing school runs and have been eating more because ds was here. Last week we walked 2 days and I ate less but didn't lose any weight. I'm going to a party on saturday night and afterwards could be meeting up with someone I've been chatting to on MSN.
I know quick fix diets don't work long term but I just want to give dieting a boost this week and lose a few more pounds than the advised 2 per week.
Does anybody know of one which works and is quite easy to stick to?
