My eldest starts school in September and a friend is getting married at the end of August, I want to look great at the wedding and on the school run! The other mums are generally a lot younger than me and I don't want to be sweating in jeans while they all look gorgeous. Also my DH is 40 in the winter and I'd love to wear something I like to his party (rather than something that looks passable!).

Aiming to do 30 min exercise 5 times a week (min) and eat 'clean'. Anyone want to join in?

I'll join you. Holidays in 40 days. I'm 10 st 3lb today - would love a (reasonably) flatter tum and 7-10lbs off before then.Too ambitious? Clean eating and maybe Shred?

I'd like to bid farewell to a stone but not going to worry about the scales too much. A flatter tummy would be great! And slimmer arms, I look like a serving wench. I'm 10 stone 8 so we are fairly similar starting points

I'm another one who needs to join!

I was 10st 5lbs nearly 2 weeks ago, I weighed in at 10st 2lbs on Saturday.

I'm doing 20 mins of Hannah Waterman in the morning and have just started the shred DVD tonight with DD. I don't think I've ever made so many weird noises whilst exercising and think I may be slithering out of bed tomorrow rather than walking Grin

Can I join? I'm 9st 11, looking to lose around 10lb and firm up a bit. I'm logging everything on MFP and on day 4 of the shred - could barely walk downstairs after day 1 but it's getting easier! Need all the motivation I can get. Good luck everyone!

Day 1 not too bad but had no time to exercise.Left for work at 6am and didn't get home till 8 so utterly exhausted :-/ food wise I did ok - trying to do this clean eating lark so cauliflower soup for lunch and just had crudites& hummus when I got in- oh and low fat yogurt with honey for breakfast. I mean I did ok today but only because it's day 1 - these long work days I usually crave sugar/ carbs to keep me going. Any tips?

I'm working from home tomorrow - yay! So hopefully will squeeze in some Jillian Michaels & not stray off the track.

Hope all doing well!

Its 14 days since I started and I've weighed in and lost another 2lbs so I've lost 5lbs in total Smile

The shred DVD is nearly killing me but I've worked out that if I don't do it at 6am then its not going to get done so its an early rise for me unfortunately.

My BMI is now 25.6 so I'm still in the over weight category but it does give me another goal to aim for.
