Its got a half price offer on at the moment its £90ish for the first month the goes upto £180ish afterwards.
With a minimum 3 month contract. Has anyone done this diet before? Is it suitable long term or is it more of a faddy short term fix? (I'm wanting long term) and is it worth the money?

If its rubbish can anyone else reccommend a similarly diet with a similar price its the maximum I would spend.

Thanks for any advice

Read this thread www.mumsnet.com/Talk/big_slim_whatever_weight_loss_club/a1717543-Scammed-by-Diet-Chef

It seems to be a huge scam with them taking your money and not allowing you to cancel.

Probably a lot easier to just buy 14 weight watcher meals weekly and shove them in your freezer! One for lunch and one for dinner add a side salad to brighten up the meal stop yourself starving to death Total cost approximately 60 quid for the month. Add another couple of quid for a bag of porridge and milk and a bag of fruit and you're sorted for the month. Might start my own plan, the linskibinski starve yourself thin! I will charge an extra 50 quid for admin then have a nifty sideline in mouthwash to deal with the honking breath everyone will have. Win win situation really maybe not for anyone else but hey times are hard Grin

weight watchers meals are just artificial rubbish. Just cook proper meals instead of filling your body with harmful chemicals.

I did a week trial. Thought the food was mostly horrible... And you have to supplement with a lot of fresh fruit and veg so I thought it worked out really expensive. Wouldn't do it again...

It would be know good for me, I'd end up having bread or chips with it.q

I'd like a delivery of willpower instead Grin
