Just downloaded the My Fitness pal app - scanned the barcode on my Lidl muesli and now feel like a twat.
I thought it was a half decent breakfast. Turns out not!
I'm totally clueless. I can do chicken with veg / salad type meals for lunch and dinner but I'm going to struggle with breakfast.
I usually grab a cereal bar
on the way to work (out of the house for 11+ hours 4 days per week, today is my day off) but I think they're terrible too.
Time on a morning is very limited so something I can eat and run is essential.
Any help for a total novice? I'd like to lose a couple of stone, fed up of being wobbly!
