Hey!
Quick story, have been 9st after youngest was born (he is nearly 9 now!), even less I think 8 10. I am 5 ft 3 and my god does my weight fluctuate.
I weigh around 11 3 at the moment and I HATE IT.
My bf follows a very low carb lifestyle which I have easily ado[pted and now happily live without bread, pasta and rice, even the brown variety.
We eat TONS of veg and as I said follow an almost carb free diet which is fine. We are by no means religious about it, if we want some granary bread, we have it.
From today, I am determined to shift a stone for starters.
I have a big gig to go to on the 5th July, so that is my 7 pounds goal and then another one to go to on the last weekend in July so that is my 1 stone goal!
I cant do much exercise other than swim, but I do this a lot. Average around 200-300 lengths a week. I use "swimtag" so this shows how many cals Ive burned and it is quite a lot.
So all in all Im set right?
just need to give up the beer and wine which I know are bad for diets then maybe

What I want to know is this, what are your go to snacks for keeping cals low etc? I was ravenous when I came home from work and wont be having dinner until gone 8 (this is not something I can change) so have had a couple of boiled eggs but am still hungry.

I am determined to be 10 3 for The Libertines in a month's time!!!
