I know how to lose weight. I know what I should and shouldn't t eat but I am an emotional eater. I am going through so much stress right now and can't see it getting easier for the time being. Food is my friend.
Any ideas on how I can stop over eating. Really wanting doesn't work for more than a couple of days.

Come and read through the Eating Better threads in Food. No diets, gradual sustainable changes and a focus on mindful eating, where nothing is banned. Lots of lovely supportive posters with great recipe ideas. The people who say they need to lose weight are doing so and we all feel great.

Look at the Paul Mckenna I can Make You Thin. It's not a diet it addresses emotional eating and changes our attitude to food so it's about WHEN and HOW we eat and it really works. i've lost 3 stone with it I do also eat really healthily because that's me.

I take a diet pill to curb my appetite, it has worked for a few days now so hope I am on to a winner.

If I've 'over done' the food I'll take ground org. turmeric mixed to a paste with olive oil and a glass of water at bedtime and it works very well to speed things up the next morning.

It is magic actually it stops allergic reactions and helps me to sleep very well Grin.
