Breakfast and evening meals on green please!!!

I like the sound of the bean pie thing (?) if anyone has got that recipe handy!

mushrroom andonion potato cakes with poached eggs yummy - mash some pots, fry some chopped mushroom and onions in fry lightand mix into mash with a bit of beaten egg and shape into rounds, place in fridge to set, then when ready cook in non stick pan with bit of fry light and sserve with poached egg on top delicious

Ok Breakfast:
42g of All bran (heb)
Plain low fat yogurt
Sliced melon and/or nectarine

Couscous (Ainsley Harriots ones are tasty)
Roasted veg (I make a large baking tray full) - courgette, aubergine, onion, tomato, peppers - whatever you fancy really).

Following day lunch - if you have any roasted veg left, add tin of tomatoes and then grated cheese on the top and serve with pasta.

Alternative following day lunch - if you have any roasted veg left, add tin of tomatoes, heat and blitz in the food processor. Serve as pasta sauce.

mumbojumbo - that's exactly what I have for breakfast!

I like doing veggie chilli - onions, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, tin kidney beans, tin toms, dried chilli, cumin and coriander. Serve with rice or jacket.
