30DS and Overcoming Emotional Eating

I am actually 1 week/5 days into 30DS and am aiming to complete it all in 6 weeks (weekends off). At the same time I hope to finally conquer my crazing eating habits (generally good until after dinner then the wine comes out and all good intentions fly out the window and I eat food I don't really want/like when I'm not even hungry) with the help of Paul McKenna's Freedom from Emotional Eating. I did start this last week and found it starting to work, but then I had a visit from my mum and couldn't listen to the cd in front of her and the general stress of the visit combined with DS2 teething caused me to overeat. Again.

Anyhow, I took some photos this morning and some measurements as well as weighing myself and I would really like to get down to my pre-pregnancy weight of under 9st 7lb in the next 5 weeks; I'm 5' 6", and have a much less bloated tummy. I was actually 9st 2lb just before I fell pregnant with DS2 (now 20 weeks) but I was also getting married, so I'm not sure if that's a realistic goal. We shall see.

Anyone else care to join me? Cheer me on?

Good luck!

Thanks Joules. Completed L1D6 this morning, and it felt noticeably less difficult with the weekend off. Even if I did have a very broken night's sleep thanks to DS2 and teething. Also managed to listen to PMcK last night and at breakfast. Should really have a go a the havening technique today as well.

L1D7 completed. DS2 slept better last night, even if I did have to deal with a poo at 5.45am, so feeling more positive. Onwards and upwards.
