Do your ribs shrink again?

I'm slowly losing my baby weight (DD is 5 months old), but I'm sure part of the problem with fitting back into my clothes is that my ribs are bigger than they were pre-pregnancy. Do they ever go back to where they were or am I just stuck with a larger skeleton for ever?

I don't think your body is ever the same again. I like you think my ribs are bigger and my tummy isn't as flat. That said I think my thighs used to be bigger (or at least they looked bigger Confused. I'm about the same weight as I used to be, tbh you just have to accept it.

In my case clothes in shops actually fit better than they used to which is a bonus.

Mine went back eventually to more or less the same, they seem a bit bigger still to me but I can still do up v fitted dresses from pre 1st pg so they must have gone back pretty much. Agree though that your body is never quite the same again, my hips are def wider even though at same weight

I didn't bother to try loosing the weight after DD1 for at least 2 years. When I finally did, I found that my ribs did eventually flex back in and down a bit. I don't know that they were the same as before, but they certainly didn't stay in pregnancy position.
