Hi I am starting this diet tomorrow. There is a book which has gorgeous recipe/ meal ideas but the main principal is
- No wheat
- No dairy
- No sugar
- No carbs after 6pm
- No alcohol
For 14 days
Nice recipes with beans and pearl barley, rye bread etc so still some carbs just much cleaner ones!
