Not mine but why have I forgotten to lose weight??!

Now I'm in a panic as I'm the fattest I've ever been and I will be seeing people I haven't seen in ages and I want to be able to enjoy the beach.
Obviously, its going to cost us a fair bit of money so I really don't want to waste it feeling miserable.

I woke up this morning and I think I've come up with a plan that will be sensible and give maximum loss, and most importantly its something I am sure I can do.

This will involve

Shred 6 times a week
running 3 times a week
Doing the 16:8 diet ie eating in a window of only 8 hrs. My eating window will be 10.30 to 6.30
Eating food from the weightwatchers simple start list. I'll be cooking family meals and I can do most of our regular recipes but making just a few adjustments and switching to brown rice and wholemeal pasta for myself.

I'm going to use this thread to report on my progress and make myself accountable but if anyone wants to give me any tips or advice or join in, I would love it.

wow, that is a long time without food. You will not be fun to live with.

remember - no magic clock in the stomach. It is how much, not when.

there's no weight limit for enjoying the beach. All that exercise should definitely help - but please, eat more regularly.
