I want to loose 1 stone by 5th of May. I.lost 3 stone 2 years ago but put it back on. I had loads of emotional stress plus I suffer from Hashimotos. I don't want to diet as a single parent of 2 kids I dont have time to prepare meals just for me. I want to use excercise bike for one hour every day and see what happens. Anyone has any experience of cycling urself slim?
