Hi! I was previously a member of WW and had a daily points allowance of 29 + normal weekly extra. I did lose weight, but the nearest meeting was too far away and life/work (+3 kids) got in the way of going, so I stopped going. Its a year on and I am about the same I was , but having gone back into my information and totted things up, I appear to be facing only 23pp's a day!!!!! which seems strange as I am currently 12.10, 5ft 4 and still need to get down to 9.10 ideally (I have arthritis in both knees and my spine, so I need a fairly low weight to relieve pressure off my joints!). Can anyone tell me if I have worked this out correctly please? I am on my feet half of every day, but don't really get out of breath as my knees wont let me do much - so I allowed 0 for exercise! I have been back on diet for 2 weeks and until I re-calculated had been having 29 pp per day - my weight has dropped from the above 13.7 - to 12.10 which is great, but if I could be losing quicker than that would be better - although only 23 scares me... HELP!!!! xxx
