Do you have shake , snack , shake , snack dinner ?

Do the shakes fill you up ?

How much exercise do you need to do ? I can't go to the gym but I've been doing the jillian Michaels DVD at home would that be enough ?

Yeah that is right Magix :) the shakes do fill you up and are lovely too, as for exercise you can do whatever suits you i do the 30 day shred and mix it up with a few others and that suits me fine.

Rip off pyramid selling scheme. Don't get into it.

As you can see from the fact that every time it's mentioned people leap in trying to sell it- thinking "thank Christ- I might actually be able to get a bit of my money back by selling some of the massive stack of the stuff that's cluttering up my spare room ever since that enthusiastic person flogged to to me..........."
