Hi there all, I had my baby girl 10 months ago and gained 6 stone during pregnancy... I should have known better as I'm a personal trainer! but I'm glad to say that I've lost it all apart from a few pounds..I must add that I didn't cut out all my fav foods nor did I crash diet only started eating very light meals late and most carbs at lunch!! and walking I walked everywhere!! and now I run post natal exercise classes in Hertfordshire and North London...so if any mums out there need advice on how to shift those lbs and tighten tummies feel free to ask
