Hi, I'm hoping for some advice please.
I'm wondering if anyone has done 30 day shred or extreme shed and shred (I've bought both - not enough hours per day to do both so must choose one)? I'm wondering which I should follow for the lead up to my holiday in a month? I'm in dreadful shape sine having my dd before Christmas so really need some magic results. Also would be grateful of any diet tips that work well with JM.work outs xxxx
