Hi, I'm hoping for some advice please.
I'm wondering if anyone has done 30 day shred or extreme shed and shred (I've bought both - not enough hours per day to do both so must choose one)? I'm wondering which I should follow for the lead up to my holiday in a month? I'm in dreadful shape sine having my dd before Christmas so really need some magic results. Also would be grateful of any diet tips that work well with JM.work outs xxxx

I much prefer 30day shred, I would start on that and when you have built up to level 2/3 then try extreme s for a change. If you Google Jillian ripped in 30 meal plan you can download one for free but basically a sensible 1400 cal diet. Good luck! I am going on hols in a week and should have started sooner!!!

30 day shred is the easiest of them all. I would start with that one and work your way up.
