I have developed an ample muffin top in the past year or so. So thinking exercise will get rid of it- easy! I've always watched what I've eaten n exercised daily- running,Zumba, body attack, body combat to name a few... dieted but nothing worked:( I do have a thyroid disorder for 30 yrs so exercised n ate healthily. Decided to join weight watchers but was ridiculed n turned away- told me to " just exercise more". Had to do the walk of shame on way out. So my question is where does someone like me look for support? Since then I've been on one yoyo diet to another n feel every added inch. Friends n family love me the way I am. But they don't have to wear my clothes n look in the mirror:(
