How much water do you drink each day?

Just curious. Or nosey.

I reckon I get through 2.5-3 litres of 'pure' water, then three cups of tea on top of that.

Do you find you feel crap if you don't get enough water? I've only recently upped my intake and I feel a billion times better for it.

I'm working from home and bored. Hence the dull post.

I am on day 9 now of giving up pepsi max and replacing it with soda water so I reckon I have having about 2 litres of that a day.

I have to say, I am sleeping so much better without all that caffeie swirling away in me :)

I sleep better too. Water is dull as fuck though, isn't it...

I've drunk about ten glasses of water in total in the last three years - I hate the stuff and only drink it to be polite or if nothing else is available. When I try to replace my normal drinks (orange juice or milk) with water I just end up dehydrated because I can't force enough down.

I love water so I naturally drink a lot, I'd guess probably 2.5 litres, maybe more in the summer on the one hot day we get each year. I've always got a bottle of water with me.

I love tea and coffee too though. The downside is that I do go to the toilet quite often, with all these drinks!

I've taken to carrying a bottle of water. I find if I drink it continuously throughout the day rather than swigging it every few hours I resent having to drink the stuff. Hmm
