Anyone tried juice plus complete ?

how was it ? did you get good results ?

I looked into juice plus, seemed very expensive to me so I decided to just eat more fruit.

I did. I went from 9st10 to 8st2 and have kept it off, even with Christmas!

I have been doing Juice Plus since November last year, and really see it as a changed lifestyle. I used to use food as a release from my emotions and binged when I felt upset or low, this in turn created a downward cycle of eating rubbish then feeling ugly, unfit and fat. Now since being on the shakes and chewable vitamins I have more energy, therefore taking part in more exercise and fitness and have lost 13 pounds. I really feel great and people are complementing me. My skin has cleared up of spots and I am in a positive mood about the future !!!
