I want to loose 3 stone.
I was once very fit and have since had two C-sections (4 years apart), second one last summer.
I didn't loose any substantial weight between my babies.
I am going to start ww on Monday my query is I obviously have a baby belly, how do I tone my belly up so Im not left with sagging skin (sorry gross).
I plan to walk and have signed up for a Great Run in the Autumn.
Will I be left with sagging skin...want to know how to tighten this up.
Any dvds anyone can recommend?
