It's took me forever but I've managed to lose three stone and have one more stone to lose before being my target weight however this final stone is proving somewhat of a challenge and I'm starting to lose willpower now. Has anyone got any tips for this final push? It seems like I can't get past my current weight. Currently doing 5:2 but when I have a normal day (never more than 2000 cals) weight creeps back on to what it was before, and then next 500 cal day just brings it back down to the previous days weight without any actual loss. Ahh please help its really getting me down!! TIA!
