I have just joined a website called Weight Loss Resources. Admittedly I have only been doing this for a week but I really like it and think it may be the answer. Its basically calorie counting. You have diary to record your intake and exercise. Your calorie allowance is determined by your weight, activity level and rate of desired weight loss. There is a forum and loads of research. The great thing is its sensible and realistic. Just thought some of you might want to check it out.
