Xante or cambridge?

Have gained and lost 5 stone at least 4 times on the Lighterlife diet. The meetings just aren't me and did little to help if I'm honest. Money is tight but I'm feeling so depressed with my weight again that I need to lose it fast. I know this doesn't help with my underlying eating issues but I have done slimming world and the lack of obvious results in a short space of time leads to an even more viscous cycle of binge eating.
Does anyone know which of the two diets (xante or Cambridge) has worked the best for them?

I've tried xante products but much prefer slim and save. I haven't tred Cambridge. The friend who recommended slim and save to me has tried all three.
I lost weight at a rate of 3.5 lbs a week (first week was 8lbs). Gained when I came off it (no different from any other diet), tried again a few months later but only lost at 2lbs a week this time. I've gained again now...

Have you tried 5:2? Saves you money as you eat less and no subscription fees! Plus a lovely supportive MN thread to keep you motivated Grin
