Very difficult at this time of year isn't it? Far too much food and drink on the go! Why don't you wait until after Xmas and see if you can eat healthily for a week? Then after New Year, get back into good habits fast. My sister is a similar size to you and once she's a comfy 12, she always reigns herself in.

Don't be too hard on yourself tho. Many people (me included!) would love to be a 12!

unless your legs have been sewn together, you have a gap between them.

the pursuit of the 'thigh gap' is one of the biggest myths around. If you have the model one you are actually underweight. And it looks revolting.

don't binge eat, don't yo-yo diet, don't worry about the label in your knickers.
