Anyone had results after using Lateral Thigh Trainer??

We bought a lateral thigh trainer last week and have been using it daily (DH & I) and it seems to be making us sweat and our legs ache. Just wondered if anyone has used it regularly and seen results?

I have one but not used it as often as planned.
Well done for doing it daily!
Hope you see some results soon

My potential MIL has one & I think she's seen results.

I've got a cheap stepper & I think that helps as well. Just need to be patient!

I still need to shift the stone that I had ages ago when I joined the Lardy ladies club I did quite well at first, then I gave up and now it's just stuck mainly on my thighs!!

My thighs never seem to get any smaller! I think they are more toned than they were, but don't appear to be smaller ... grrrrr.

Me? No I haven't. Used to gym and now run, step, swim do weights etc in random combinations so I don't get too bored!

I've got one and to be honest you need to persevere. Do the slower workout for toning up. I made the mistake of going hell for leather on it and sweating like pig but that way it does not really have much of a toning effect but does ive you a good cardio workout.

Well, I haven't got bored yet, it's easy to just use it for 5-10 minutes at various times throughout the day so hopefully it will work! We did have an exercise mini trampoline but that just lived under the sofa until I freecycled it - I didn't like the 'bouncing boobs' effect with it!
