Just wondered if anyone has done this plan. & how they found it?!

Quite expensive so just wanted some 'real' reviews please before I lay out money.

I would go for Lighter Life Lite which is similar. That way you get access to support and foodpacks that have actually been thought about and developed rather than thrown together to make a quick buck!!

There is a vlcd thread where people will give you insight into the differnt vlcds.
